What's the process?
STEP 1 - Lodge a claim with your insurance provider
STEP 2 - Contact us

 
Once you contact us with your claim number we can arrange a free quotation. Please note, in most cases we will need to view your caravan, motorhome or trailer at our factory for repair assessment, take photos of the damage and send this through to your insurer with our quotation.
 
If the caravan or trailer cannot be towed, then transportation will need to be arranged by the owner. Once we have gathered all the information to quote we will liaise with your provider directly by sending through all the relevant information and await their authorisation to commence repairs.

once authorisation has been received we will call you and book in a date for repairs.

(Note: It is important to ask your insurance provider if there is an excess you will be required to pay).
